And since I am often too tired to spend a lot of time in the kitchen, it’s actually super easy to make.
Ingredients:
1 cup of almond order soma milk
1 handful of organic lettuce (I used baby romaine)
1/2 an organic banana
1 Tbs organic or all-natural peanut butter
1 Tbs raw cocao nibs ( I used Navitas Naturals brand)
1 scoop of detox fiber (I use Detoxifiber by Garden of Life)
4-5 ice cubes made from purified water
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. I use a Vitamix. Blend until smooth and it’s ready to drink.
It tastes so good you’ll probably forget you even added the lettuce.
